Led by Kimijah, an educator with a Master’s in Adult Education and extensive experience teaching mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and yoga for stress management, we bring a unique blend of academic and practical knowledge to workplace transformation. Kimijah’s commitment to emotional intelligence, leadership ethics, and mindful self-regulation sets CSC apart as a trusted partner in creating thriving workplace cultures.

About Kimijah

I founded Culture Shift Consulting (CSC) because I saw firsthand how workplace stress, unresolved conflict, and poor leadership can drive away passionate, talented employees. As a teacher, I loved my work, but no amount of personal self-care could make up for a workplace that lacked emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, and a culture of psychological safety. It became clear to me that the key to retaining top-tier talent and building high-impact organizations wasn’t just better HR policies, but a deeper shift in how workplaces support emotional well-being and self-regulation.

With an M.Ed. in Adult Education and over seven years of experience in teaching and training, I specialize in helping organizations transform their workplace culture through emotional intelligence, self-regulation techniques, and ethical leadership. My background as a yoga instructor informs my unique approach—integrating practical mindfulness and energy management tools that allow employees to manage stress in real-time, boost motivation, and sustain productivity.

At CSC, we believe that when leaders cultivate emotional intelligence and ethical decision-making, and employees are empowered with self-regulation tools, workplace conflict decreases, engagement rises, and organizations thrive.
